The primary mission of the Foundation for Medical
Evaluation and Early Detection is dedicated to making
available to the general public, free of cost, early
detection for various medical conditions.

in New York State on November 8, 2001.

On March 27, 2002, the Foundation received notification of exemption from
income tax under Section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in Section 501 ( c ) ( 3)
